| Sometimes we need to take a look of our customer's desktop in order to help more efficiently. In order to allow us to see what's going on on your computer, we recommend our customers to download and install a free remote access software "TightVNC", it's available for downloading at http://downloads.sourceforge.net/vnc-tight/tightvnc-1.3.9-setup.exe . After you have downloaded and installed it, when you need us to take a look of your computer, you can launch the tightVNC server first, then right click on the tightVNC icon at the system tray, choose "Add new client" and enter our ip 74.116.35.36 , then we will be able to see your computer while helping you.
