		Exchange code ATTN at the Time & Sale is actually "NASD ADF" (National Association of Securities Dealers Alternative Display Facility). A quotation and trade reporting facility created for NASD member firms that choose not to participant in the NASDAQ SuperMontage system but are required under the SEC Order Handling Rules to publicly display their quotation. The NASD ADF provides its individual market participant quotes, NASD BBO quotes, and trade data to the SIP for dissemination via the OTC Montage Data Feed (OMDF) and UTP Trade Data Feed (UTDF). The NASD BBO size should feature the largest market maker size shown in the ADF at the best bid or offer.
