B. Make sure you have firefox and adobe acrobat reader installed properly

 G: Use softwares like Adobe Acrobat to fill out out and save the agreements

J: Use softwares like Adobe Acrobat Reader to print out the agreements and fill them out using a pen.
C: Put your broker's MPID/MMID in this Box(Please ask your broker for this information; If you are sure you don't have any broker as DAS's client yet, please use DEMO) H: Email the completed agreements in pdf format to support@dastrader.com K: If you have a scanner, you can scan the agreements and email the scanned images to support@dastrader.com L: If you have access to a fax machine, you can fax your completed agreements to 845 228 8077
D: Put your logon (the character string you use to login into DAS software)in this Box
E: Click on this button to continue
